28 JULY 2008, PETALING JAYA, MALAYSIA
The medical report leaked today appears to confirm what we have always believed - that the allegations against Anwar Ibrahim are without merit and politically motivated.
We are deeply troubled by the allegations conveyed by some reports that the police spent three days recording a statement from the Doctor and that he and his family have gone into hiding. Every assurance must be given for his safety and protection.
The existence of this medical report further erodes any confidence the public would have in the credibility of the police report that has been filed against Anwar Ibrahim, a report which remains shrouded in secrecy. Why has this medical report has surfaced only today, over one month after the allegations were made, after Anwar Ibrahim spent a night in jail, and after the police have spent so much time and money on this case?
There should be a complete disclosure of the "facts" of this case to the public. Anything less will further diminish the public's trust in the institutions of governance and in particular the integrity of the office of the Inspector General of the Police.
Like all Malaysians we will be observing developments in this case with cautious optimism - hopefully the nation can put this ugly chapter in its history in the past and move forward.
PKR is committed to moving ahead with its coalition partners DAP and PAS to forge a new economic agenda, address the serious concerns Malaysians have over rising prices, unemployment and rising crime.
With the imminent by-election of Anwar Ibrahim to return him to a seat in Parliament for the first time in 10 years the prospects for change in Malaysia are stronger than ever.

Bekas Timbalan Menteri Jabatan Perdana Menteri masuk Pakatan
PROFIL DATUK FAUZI BIN ABDUL RAHMAN
Gerakan hanya hamba kpd UMNO sahaja
Malaysia dibawa pimpinan UMNO memang jelasnya amat "Racism".. Undilah UMNO dan sokonglah UMNO..

Shocking Muzakarah
Muzakarah(dialogue) between Umno and PAS will only cause split not only PAS but also Pakatan Rakyat, I dont understand what happen to those PAS leaders but I hope they all considerate it more clearful and careful.. What the purpose and the meaning of you all done this all years?! At the past izzit didnt bring lesson to all of you?Although now world already change but the moral and lesson in history will never fade.. Then what the reason we study history?! Muzakarah really will split not only whole PAS but also PAKATAN alliance..
Pls think it carefully although maybe UMNO offer are very interesting but dont be tempted by those UMNO plot of traps to spliting us!!! Dont be cheated by their dirty tricks..
I am sorry but I need to rebuke this not only for Pakatan sake but also PAS, if one day PAS joining or merging with UMNO then I confirm PAS will not only split to 2groups but the seats win by PAS now in Perak, Selangor and Penang will totally gone in the next election and it also effect Kedah and Kelantan too.. The winning seats in Perak, Selangor and Penang majority are those voters who dont care who they vote as long as opposition then they vote.. Kedah also will being heavily effected, the stronghold of Kelantan also will sure split to 2 groups..
"Manakala kita rakyat biasa yg miskin dan lemah akan ditindas dan diseksa oleh mrk yg sombong dan angkuh dlm Barisan itu, krn yg sombong akan makin sombong dan yg angkuh itu akan jadi lebih angkuh lagi"!!
Pls considering my analysis..
They (BN) always wanna destroy opposition because the wanna become king of Malaysia so that they can do whatever the like!!! They all now are waiting to laughing watching the spliting of Pakatan!!!

Ketua UMNO ajak kroni ramai ramai boros wang rakyat?!
MONEY - MORE WASTE AND LOSSES
Posted by Dr. Mahathir Mohamad at July 22, 2008 12:19 PM
The Government of Dato Seri Abdullah Badawi has lost billions of Ringgit by cancelling the bridge project to replace the causeway, postponing the double-tracking and electrification of the North-South railway and the sale of M.V. Agusta by Proton.
The Government had also wasted money - RM2 billion in Terengganu.
Thinking that he had the right to use Wang Ehsan, the royalty from Petronas to the State of Terengganu totalling more than five billion Ringgit over several years Dato Seri Abdullah together with Dato Seri Idris Jusoh, the former Menteri Besar of Terengganu went on a spending spree.
Without any proper study and planning, without bothering about the rules and regulations about how Government money should be allocated and used, Dato Seri Abdullah and Dato Seri Idris and their cronies spent huge sums of the "Wang Ehsan" on a theme park (Crystal Mosque), Monsoon Cup, development of Setiu etc etc. More than two billion Ringgit were poured into Terengganu.
Then in 2008, Barisan Nasional won and Abdullah happily decided to spend more of the Wang Ehsan on fancy projects.
Unfortunately the Sultan of Terengganu refused to have Idris Jusoh as Menteri Besar. It was a slap in the face fo Abdullah when he was forced to accept the Sultan's nominee as Menteri Besar.
This new Menteri Besar insisted that the royalty due to Terengganu should be paid to the State and the State should manage the fund.
This was as it should be. But the Menteri Besar insisted that what was spent before this in building the theme park, organising the Monsoon Cup etc worth about RM 2 billion was not from the royalty due to Terengganu. It was from Federal fund.
He demanded that the full amount of royalty over the years should be paid to Terengganu.
So RM2 billion of Federal funds have been expended on Terengganu, the richest State in Malaysia.
Failing this Terengganu has a court case initiated by the PAS Government which the BN State Government has not withdrawn.
The Federal Government will now have to find some RM5 billion to give to Terengganu. Where is this money going to come from? Obviously from the Federal Consolidated Fund.
Basically the Federal Government will lose RM5 billion because it had assumed that a tame Terengganu Menteri Besar would collaborate in some of the most wasteful projects for the State and the country.
I am told that a Disneyland designer was engaged to design the "Crystal Mosque" and theme park. Must cost a lot.
Some contractors made tons of money getting projects without proper processes.

Incumbent Fong Likely To Be Challenged For Division Top Post
KUALA LUMPUR, July 20 (Bernama) -- Three out of six Melaka MCA division chief posts are expected to be contested at the party's divisional elections this Sunday.
However, the focus is expected to be on the Alor Gajah division where party vice-president Datuk Seri Dr Fong Chan Onn will be challenged in defending his division chairman post.
Party insiders said that Fong, who is also the State MCA Liaison Committee chairman, would likely be challenged by one of the state's division vice-chairmen, Ir Ngau Ju Soon.
Both sides were reported to have formed their line-up to contest the party divisional positions in what is regarded as one of the most keenly contested divisional elections in the state.
Fong's decision to defend his division chairman post is seen by political observers and party members as part of his effort to go for a higher post at the party's central elections this October.
There is also intense speculation that if Fong, the former Human Resource Minister and most senior MCA vice-president, succeeded in defending his divisional post, he would likely be contesting the president or deputy president post.
Apart from Alor Gajah, a tough fight is also expected in Jasin where current division chairman Datuk Chong Tam Onn may be challenged by state MCA Youth vice-chairman Koh Chin Han, the personal assistant to former MCA president Tun Dr Ling Liong Sik.
In the Tangga Batu division, current chairman Datuk Seet Har Cheow, who has been holding the post for quite some time, is expected to be challenged by Lau Kwang Long.
Meanwhile, a contest is unlikely in Kota Melaka, Masjid Tanah and Bukit Katil, where Datuk Wira Datuk Gan Boon Leong (Kota Melaka) and Datuk Chin Kang Tow (Masjid Tanah), are expected to retain their posts uncontested.
In Bukit Katil, the move by the current division chairman Datuk Seah Kee Tong not to seek re-election has made way for former state executive councillor Datuk Koh Nai Kwong to take over without a contest.
The nominations for all the party's divisional posts will be made on Tuesday from 4pm to 8pm, and the elections be conducted simultaneously nationwide on Sunday.

Najib: Only national cars acceptable
LUMUT: All ministry senior officials and state government excos must use national cars instead of foreign vehicles, said Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
This was a longstanding policy and the Cabinet would, therefore, meet to determine why Terengganu found it necessary to spend RM3.43mil to buy 14 Mercedes E200 Kompressor cars.
“I use national cars and the Prime Minister uses national cars too,” he told reporters after chairing a Malaysia Defence Industry Council meeting at the navy base here on Monday.
He was commenting on Terengganu Mentri Besar Datuk Ahmad Said defending the state’s decision to buy the Mercedes to replace its Proton Perdana V6 Executive fleet as a cost cutting measure.
Ahmad had said the Mercedes were cheaper to maintain, would save on fuel costs and fetch a high market price when sold as second-hand cars.

Ong Tee Keat apa kebolehan menjadi Ketua?!
MCA kini berada dlm keadaan yg huru hara kelam kabut semua ketua ingin melepaskan jawatan dan berhijrah bulan madu manakala yg pemuda mrk pula ingin bersaing mati matian utk jawatan tinggi demi kekuasaan?!

Terengganu officials switch car brand
KUALA TERENGGANU: State exco members and senior officers started using their new Mercedes-Benz E200 Kompressor cars today.
The state bought 14 of the luxury cars for RM3.43mil to replace the Proton Perdana V6 Executive cars that had been purchased in 2004.
The new cars are for the exco members, the state assembly speaker, the state secretary, the state legal adviser and the state finance officer.
The new cars with tinted windows carry the state emblem with the wording “Exco Kerajaan Negeri” embossed on the number plate.
State Secretary Datuk Mokthar Nong said the decision to use Mercedes-Benz cars was made several months ago.
The state took delivery of the cars earlier this month.
He said the German cars were bought for the safety of the state officials who had to travel extensively and to reduce the cost of maintenance.
“After much evaluation, the state felt the Mercedes-Benz cars are more reliable for long term use. It was also time to replace the Proton Perdanas,” he added.
Why they dont want buy we Malaysia GLC proton car?!
Izzit this means our proton car is not good until our exco also not trusted?!
If true then how others ppl in others country wanna buy out car?!
They dont want use or izzit they want luxury car for personal greed or eksyen?!
Oh our proton perdanas car are not reliable for long term use, pls dun critics our Barisan ownself links company cars although you all wanna use lucury Mercedes Benz
!!! Own make ownself also dont want support how ppl gonna support?!! This is Malaysia Boleh spirit!! Pls learn from Penang state exco and their humble using back the old car no need waste government extra 3.43million for your personal satisfaction!!!..

Kenyataan Media Pasca Penahanan 16hb Julai 2008 by Anwar

Erap feels for friend Anwar
ABS-CBN Manila - Former president Joseph Estrada has expressed sympathies over the arrest Wednesday of his friend, former Malaysian deputy prime minister Anwar Ibrahim, on sodomy charges.
“Like Anwar, former President Estrada was put in prison for charges that were unjustified and untrue in order to execute a power grab in 2001,” Estrada spokeswoman Margaux Salcedo said.
Salcedo said that according to Estrada, Anwar’s arrest was “politically-motivated” in light of the former Malaysian minister’s announcement of a political comeback this September.
“It appears that today’s arrest of former Deputy Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim was politically motivated. This appears to be a repeat of what they did in 1998 when they jailed Anwar for sodomy at the height of the protests against then Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad and released him six years later because he was not guilty,” Salcedo said.
The former president, Salcedo said, feels how it is like to be unjustly accused. Estrada was found guilty of plunder in September 2007 following ouster six years earlier. He was eventually pardoned by President Arroyo a month after the guilty verdict.
As for Anwar, Estrada said that Philippines and the world is following the developments in Malaysia.
He also said that he hopes that democracy would find its way to the Malaysian masses, much like his desire for the Philippines.
“As is our hope for the Philippines, we pray that real democracy will find its way to the Malaysian masses, a democracy where the tools of justice are not used for purely political ends,” Salcedo said.
When Anwar visited the Philippines last month, the former president hailed him as an “icon of democracy”. Like Estrada, his friend Anwar is an opposition leader in his home country.

Tahniah Timbalan Ketua Wanita MCA Datin Paduka Dr. Tan krn keluar Barisan demi rakyat
MCA central committee member Datin Paduka Dr Tan Yee Kew and also former Klang MP today has resigned from the party MCA.
She told media that she already faxed her resignation letter to the MCA headquarters Thursday morning. “This is a painful decision because I have so much sentiment attachment to MCA after my 20 years with it,” she said, adding that the announcement came after three-months of soul searching and attempts to find new meaning to her political career.
Asked whether her diminishing political career in the MCA and the party election were the reasons for her decision, she said the party election was just part of the reason as such an important decision could not come from just one incident.
As a politician with real conscience, she said, she too shared the people’s frustration over the widening gap between the rich and the poor in the country, racial discrimination in public policies, rising corruption and abuse of power.
“Despite the growing discontent among of the people, Barisan Nasional has shown neither the determination nor the commitment to address these problems,” she claimed.
Dr Tan said it was time for a change in the political system with a two-party system that would provide the necessary check and balance to safeguard democracy, moderation and peace in the country.
“We can right now see the emergence of the two-party system so the question is whether we should throw in our support so that the system can grow, I think this is a major factor,” she said.
I really feel touching and proud for her courage and action to leave Barisan to joining oppositon, she really brave and love us nation than every man who boasting hero in MCA.. Thanks and congratultions for your decision to stand with us poor citizen in Malaysia to fight and defend our rights.. I support 100% you leave MCA because nowadays MCA are not really MCA anymore, lets go join Pakatan because now only Pakatan cares for us and our country plus they also far more clean and humble than any ppl from Barisan!!
Really prove that sometimes women powers are more greater than man!!!

Kenyataan Media Pasca Penahanan 15 Julai 2008
KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA; JULY 17, 2008
On Saturday, 12-07-2008, the police came to my house to serve a Section 111 Criminal Procedure Code notice, harassing my family and demanding my presence at the IPK Kuala Lumpur (Federal Territories Police headquarters) at 2pm on Monday, 14-07-2008 despite an earlier agreement with my lawyers for me to come to the IPK on Monday 14-07-2008. On the next day, Sunday, the police also served an ex-parte court order, prohibiting me from physically being within 5 km from the Parliament on Monday 14-07-2008. As you can see, my house and the IPK KL are within 5 km radius from the parliament building. The court order effectively put me under house arrest on Monday and at the same time prevented me from going to the IPK.
On Monday, 14-07-2008, the presence of police personnel outside the compound of my house strengthened our suspicions that they would be prepared to arrest me as soon as I left the compound of my residence, on the pretext of me violating the court order. The issue here, is which order should I comply with, the ex-parte court order or the Section 111 notice from the police?
On the same day, the police through the Investigating Officer, one DSP Jude Pereira wrote and faxed to my lawyer at about 1.06pm, informing that I was required to be present at the IPK KL on Wednesday, 16-07-2008 at 2.00 pm to assist with the investigation. I conveyed my agreement to the appointment and it was communicated to the police through my solicitor, Messrs S.N Nair and Partners via telephone and letter on the same day.
On Wednesday, 16-07-2008, I was at the Anti Corruption Agency (BPR) head office to record my statement pursuant to the police report lodged by me at IPK Shah Alam on 01-07-2008, against the Attorney General Gani Patail and the Inspector General of Police Musa Hassan for their involvement in the fabrication of evidence way back in 1998. To ensure that we will be able to attend the appointment with the police at 2pm, we cut short our statement at the BPR’s office, and this fact was clearly conveyed to the BPR officers present.
At about 12.45 pm, the IO, DSP Jude Pereira called Mr Nair to confirm about our attendance and Mr. Nair confirmed that we would attend that 2pm appointment. We were about to have a quick lunch at my house before proceeding to the IPK. 5 minutes later, we were ambushed by a team of masked and heavily armed police personnel near my house.
I was arrested and brought to the IPK. I cooperated fully with the police by giving my cautioned statement from 2.30 pm to about 7.30 pm. At this particular point, the IO and the other officers handling this case were doing their job professionally. I was then given assurances by Assistant Commissioner of Police Razali and later Senior Assistant Commissioner II Khor (through my lawyer) that I would be released on police bail on the same day.
However, later on, upon my return from Kuala Lumpur General Hospotal (HKL), the IO, DSP Jude Pereira informed me and my lawyers that I will be detained and put in the police lock-up overnight for the purpose of recording a further statement in the morning.
I and my lawyers protested, giving our undertaking that we will be back anytime required by the police to continue with the recording of the statement, and there was no need for me to be detained overnight, and that I should be released on police bail. The police, through the IO were adamant that I should be detained and put in the police lock-up overnight, despite them knowing about my physical condition. I had to spend the night sleeping on a cold cement floor, which aggravated my back injury which was due to the beating I received from the then IGP, Tan Sri Rahim Nor on 20th September, 1998.
This morning, after a short statement that was recorded for about 30 minutes, I was released on police bail. I was in pain and had to immediately receive some medical treatment upon my return home.
I now wish to deal with the statement of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) Director, Dato Mohd Bakri Mohd Zinin as appeared in Utusan Malaysia today, inter alia
“Pasukan khas bertopeng polis terpaksa memintas kenderaan DSAI di Bukit Segambut di sini dan menahan Anwar ekoran tindakan Penasihat PKR itu mengubah haluan kenderaannya pada saat-saat tempoh yang diberi kepadanya untuk menyerah diri kepada polis pada pukul 2 petang ini hampir berakhir”
This is a blatant lie from the CID director to cover up their shameful act of abuse of police powers. I have given the assurances and had just informed the IO 5 minutes before the disgraceful ambush by the police through my lawyer who was with me in the same car.
In addition to the above, the Deputy Home Minister, Wan Farid said, as reported in Star Online that, I “went voluntarily to the police car without any incident.” Again, this is also a blatant lie by the government.
I take to task the IGP for this abuse of police power against me through the events I’ve narrated above. It appears that the events of the last few days, the nature of my unwarranted arrest, my overnight incarceration which was actually absolutely unnecessary, were an act of personal vengeance against me in retaliation to the reports I lodged earlier against him, which are now being investigated by the ACA.
DNA
I have reasonable grounds for having no confidence in the system. In the course of the trial of the false allegations of sodomy in 1998, DNA evidence was fabricated and used against me. The persons responsible for the fabrication then were the IGP, SAC Rodwan and the AG, are new key players in this investigation.
Until now, I have been denied access to the police report made by the accuser against me.
My accuser is still under police protection and as such, any fabrication is possible if they take my DNA. My decision to refuse a DNA test is taken through advice of my lawyers and DNA experts, both local and overseas.

Fours cases of Chikungunya detected in Malacca
MALACCA: Health authorities here have detected four cases of mosquito-transmitted Chikungunya fever here early this month.
Health authorities took precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the mosquito borne virus after four people from Rim and Chinchin in the Jasin district near here were found to be down with the fever.
State Health, Family Development and Women’s Affair committee chairman Norpipah Abdol said a rubber tapper from Kampung Rim was the first case detected here on July 3.
“The 74-year-old tapper was hospitalised after complaints of suffering mild symptoms such as fever, rashes and joint pains,” she said, adding that the patient had since been discharged following recovery.
She said another case was detected in Rim and two more in nearby Chinchin the following week, with blood tests confirming the viral infection.
“Those who are suffering symptoms such as fever should immediately seek treatment at nearest hospitals and undergo blood test to confirm the type of infection as both Chikungunya and dengue share similar symptoms,” she said.
As the Aedes mosquito transmits the virus, she said that authorities had carried out preventive measures such as fogging and cleaning up the surroundings.
She said 319 residential and business premises were found to be breeding Aedes aegypti mosquitoes and that 287 of them were issued summonses during the fist six months of this year.

Will Pak Lah & Najib allow petrol debate go on??
Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim confindent in this debating and he warmly welcome PM and his DPM both together debate with him alone.. One guy is always fallen sleep and the others guy is always waiting for ppl assist him without competition(easyway).. Plus add a boasting information minster.. Zz
For my opinion no point to debating about this fuel issue because no matter who win who lose the facts also same this Barisan government will continue to rise the petrol till one days whole government in Malaysia is lead by Pakatan then only the price of petrol will become fair thats mean we Malaysia should buy petrol with the reasonable price not world market price because petrol is produce by Malaysia then we as Malaysia nationality we have the rights to enjoy the reasonable price for our fuel consumption..
There's is no chance for this dunno what minister name Ahmad Shabery izzit? to win this debate because in the reality our government really done a big mistake causing all of us facing seriously inflation crisis, so how come he can win the debate?! Izzit he thinks he have the ability to make something which's wrongs to become something that's rights?! He wanna acts hero only zZ.. Plus I believe the charismatic of Datuk Seri Anwar and his debate experiences, also the most important is DSAI are talking the fact that is truth and the problem..
We dont hope that our petrol can lowered till the price of Venezuela but we at least can have a reasonable price because the petrol are inside our earth no need cost of buying its free, dont always give us excuses that world market price is rising!!!
I believe the world still have God we will see sunshine after a long nite of darkness.. Long live Pakatan!!!

Its rumours only la, Mr Police dun worry..
Massive jams causing by police roadblocks to prevent protest bcos someone cheating public said that tommorow monday which is 14th july there will be protest nearby parliament is totally nonsense bcos Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said tonight that he and Pakatan Rakyat were not involved in organising the assembly at Parliament tomorrow. I wonder is it those police to free just simply road blocking public for issuing summonses only?!
Anyway.. Pls dont involve this protest it's illegal..

Abdullah should resign now not 2010
Today Pak Lah tell us he will resign at 2010 and his post will hand to Najib..
He promised us that he will resign soon but now he telling us that he will resign only at 2010.. Actually as a good leader he should resign immediately after the 8th March 2008 election, then after he trying to calm us telling he will hand over power to Najib soon then people all thought its possible maybe at this year when UMNO party election but now he announce to everyone that he will not lead Barisan to next 13th General Election but still wanna hold the title Prime Minister as long as he can..
What are your purpose of holding the post as Prime Minister?! Izzit really you wanna manage our country well in this 2 years or else which is negative?! Explain to us why 2years later pls
How can Abdullah hand over any post as it is an elected post, UMNO is it just owning by his president and not his members?!
Izzit Najib can qualified the post of Prime Minister of Malaysia?! How about his link with the investigating of murdering of Altantunya.. Najib at the past is anti chinese because he pointing his keris and said soak with chinese blood then how all of those chinese if Najib becoming Prime Minister?!! If he wanna appointing then he need to appoint a more clean person to accept this post my suggestion or at least there is prove that Najib not related with Altantunya..
"Oh king Abdullah where is democracy if you really just appointed your beloved to become your succesor~~ oH Abdullah AbdullaH~~ Why our country now just belongs to Dollah frens and family Sdn Bhd O o only~~ Agung of the Agung oH oh Oh"..

Ali Rustam racist again in his blog.. How come a CM is racist?
Again Ali criticised chinese.. Zz.. Cannot stand Mr Ali always behaving like anti chinese keep provoking races harmonies and insulting chinese.. Melaka MCA and theirs members all in very support him, I really dont understand why..
For me today read his blog although I hate read and even no interested about this fellow but I cant not go to look because his pattern like to provoking races harmonies.. I feel he trying to mislead Malays that Chinese robbered their wealth not some of the ppl in UMNO cheat them.. Its true many Chinese are rich but they also many Malay are rich too I didnt feel that the statistic about that is true and I feel doubt in every statistic that in Malaysia too..
He dont want to repent that why if really chinese will sucess eventhough being "sekat" here and there by government?!.. There is many many things and benefit that chinese didnt get by government plus kena paid alot of taxes and hardly to get every kind of permit.. This he dont want saying out Zz!
As a Chief Minister I hope you will manage and develop ur states well and maintain the harmonies of every races well treat every citizen like your child not provoking sentiment isu for your self benefits only..
Very sad and dissappointed in Melaka here I believe alot stupid ppl will believe his talking bcos Melaka ppl many are stupid.. Prove is they all still vote BN.. CM oh CM
Raja Abdullah pemerintahan kuku besi?!
Posted by Dr. Mahathir Mohamad at July 10, 2008 10:50 AM
Perdana Menteri mengaskan perbuatan itu jelas melanggar prinsip Rukunegara seperti;
1) Kesetiaan kepada Raja dan Negara
2) Keluhuran Perlembagaan
3) Kedaulatan Undang-undang
Bohongkah Kerajaan rugi satu billion Ringgit apabila batalkan projek jambatan, apabila jual M.V.

MALAYSIA AND A WORLD IN TURMOIL
Posted by Dr. Mahathir Mohamad at July 3, 2008 11:38 AM
1. The Malaysian Government appears not to be perturbed by what is happening in the world.
2. It appears to be convinced that it can isolate and insulate itself from whatever is happening to the world.
3. It seems to be confident that it will be left untouched.
4. It merely reacts to situations as they arise one by one.
5. The mainstream media hardly ever mention the turmoil that the world is facing. Certainly no in-depth analysis has been made. Only Malaysian Business has asked whether we are prepared for the worldwide catastrophe that must bring chaos and problems to our economy, finance, politics and social life. The rest seemed blithely unconcerned. Certainly the people are not being prepared for the inevitable.
6. We are admittedly more fortunate than many other countries. When costs are rising and manufactured exports are shrinking, our commodities have come to our aid. Our export earnings from petroleum and gas, palm oil, rubber and tin have increased many times over.
7. The rise in the price of petrol and products has begun to affect our lives, our living standards and our complacency.
8. We produce about 650,000 barrels a day, consume 400,000 and export roughly 250,000 barrels. We used to earn 30 US Dollar per barrel; today we earn 140 US Dollar, almost all profit. Work out the revenue from 250,000 barrels per day for one year.
9. Besides, we produce 900,000 barrels equivalent of gas, mostly exported. There is no need to take notice of the petrol we produce in Sudan and elsewhere, all selling at 100 US Dollar plus.
10. But we also earn more, much more from palm oil. It used to cost us RM600 per ton to produce. It must be slightly more now. But one ton of palm oil used to sell for RM800 before. Now it sells for more than RM3,000. The palm oil plantation companies are laughing all the way to the bank.
11. But the prices of rubber and even tin have also increased tremendously.
12. For the Government it must mean a great increase in revenue. The profits from petroleum accrue 100% to the Government. I believe in 2006 when oil price was about 70 US Dollar Petronas made a profit before tax of 60 billion Ringgit.
13. Whereas the tax on corporate incomes of the manufacturing companies is minimal, corporate tax revenue from companies producing and exporting palm oil, rubber and tin is very high. If we care to look at the profits of companies today many make well over a billion a year, some more than three billion.
14. So the Government should be flushed with money. But companies not involved in the production of raw material cannot be doing so well. Their imported raw materials including oil and components have all increased in price. They have to increase their export and domestic prices but profits may be less.
15. The construction companies have few contracts to share among themselves. The big Government projects have not materialised. The sub-contractors and building material suppliers are not doing well either.
16. The big construction companies have gone abroad. Some are doing quite well but they cannot help Malaysian subcontractors as the local subcontractors are entitled to get the contracts.
17. Malaysian investors are also not investing in the country. They have a good choice for making money investing in such countries as China and Vietnam. They will pay taxes in these countries.
18. In the meantime the world is undergoing a traumatic economic and financial turmoil. It began with the devaluation of the US Dollar. I do not know how much US Dollar bonds are held by Malaysia. I remember telling the Governor of Bank Negara to reduce our dollar holdings before I stepped down. I hope she has done so. Otherwise we would lose 80 Malaysian sen for every US Dollar we hold. When we hold 30 or 40 billion US Dollar the loss can be considerable.
19. We may make some money from the other currencies which have appreciated against our Ringgit.
20. The US Dollar is going to go down further due to unwise playing around with money. Sub-prime lending was considered profitable before but now the market has collapsed. The loan papers had been readily bought by institutions but now the papers are worthless because no one wants to buy them. And the borrowers are not paying simply because they have no money.
21. The US which condemned us so righteously for bailing out companies now approves massive bailouts by Institutions and the Federal Reserve Bank. These are not small amounts. They are talking about US200 - US400 billion dollars.
22. Bear Stearns sale is a classic case but other banks are faring no better. They will have to sell at fire-sale prices like the banks of Southeast Asia had to do after currency traders bankrupted these banks. A taste of their own medicine should have a salutary effect on the arrogance of the big money people, and their countries.
23. The financial problems of the United States have spilled over to the European countries. They too had been involved in sub-prime lending, either directly or indirectly.
24. The US dollar is going to shrink further as countries unload their dollar holdings, refuse to buy US Dollar bonds, and use other currencies for trading. Oil producers may demand to be paid in their own currencies. The international financial regime will then collapse.
25. The US Dollar is not backed by anything. It sustains its value because it is used as a trading currency. When countries start using other currencies for trading and quickly dispose off the US Dollar in favour of Euro or Yen; when the US Dollar is no longer used for the reserves of the rich countries, then the US Dollar will not be worth the paper on which it is printed.
26. The United States already suffers from twin deficits. When the dollar becomes useless the United States will go into deep recession. Printing more money by the Federal Reserve Bank (which incidentally is not owned by the Government but by other banks) will only result in its devaluation and inflation in the United States.
27. The United States must surely go into severe recession (I am sure the United States will do something illegal in order to prevent this from happening). But whatever, United States recession will affect the whole world.
28. Unprecedentedly the world is experiencing food shortages, something which it had not seen for decades.
29. I will not say anything about the world as everyone knows and I know I am not an economist or a financial expert. But I will try and guess what would happen to Malaysia.
30. Twenty percent of our export goes to the United States. Obviously this market would not be able to absorb what we have to sell to them. We will not lose all but quite a substantial sum will be lost.
31. The economies of the developed countries will also suffer, maybe less than the United States. But our export to them would shrink also.
32. With the money form our petroleum export and revenue from other raw materials we had been able to subsidise for some time. But the prices of fuel and other goods will all increase far beyond the percentage of the increase in oil prices after the subsidy was withdrawn. This is aggravated by the actual increase in prices of foodstuff and food grains, building materials, and assorted imported goods. Even the items produced within the country will increase in price because of imported contents.
33. But the Government is still talking about 5%-7% inflation. This is quite meaningless to lower and middle-income people who must pay 40% more for petrol and 100% more for rice. Other necessities too have increased in price by well over 5%-7%. Stopping price control in the belief that the market will determine prices is imprudent.
34. One of the reasons why Malaysia's inflation rates had remained low compared to other developing countries and even some developed countries is the control over prices of essential goods. Without control there will always be profiteering. And profiteering will result in a high rate of inflation.
35. Today wage earners in particular are suffering. Wages have not increased to compensate for increased cost of living. While chasing prices with increases in wages can cause a wage/price spiral, but judicious increases to cushion off the rising costs would reduce the impact of inflation on the lower income people.
36. Malaysia must give up the idea of competing on the basis of low cost labour. Against China, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia we just cannot win. We must provide other elements attractive to investors.
37. Confidence in the consistency of Government policies and political stability would be among the factors attractive to business. There can be a lot of other things that can be provided to offset the rise in wages. After all we must remember that many developed countries have very high wages. Even if we double the salaries and wages paid in Malaysia we would still be far lower than wages in developed countries.
38. We had planned to go hi-tech in order to increase income. But there is not much moving in the implementation of this policy. Instead we want to be an agricultural country again. Planting food crops on the side tables of roads may increase food production but it will not help fight inflation on the scale needed for overcoming the turmoil in the world.
36. Malaysia must give up the idea of competing on the basis of low cost labour. Against China, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia we just cannot win. We must provide other elements attractive to investors.

Press Statement and Statutory Declaration on Relationship between Najib and Altantuya
From the Office of Anwar Ibrahim: Press Statement - for immediate release
3 July 2008, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
Today we witness another episode of a consistent pattern of abuse of power and manipulation of the criminal justice system.
Recently one of the witnesses in the Altantuya trial approached us with detailed information of events connected to her disappearance and murder. The information was shocking.
Mr. P. Balasubramaniam, who was engaged by Abdul Razak Baginda as a private investigator was advised to seek legal counsel and document his story independently.
Today he is releasing a statutory declaration dated 1st July 2008 to the public detailing the story that he has to tell about what actually happened and what was told to him by key personalities in this saga including Abdul Razak Baginda and Altantuya herself.
These revelations speak for themselves. They reveal, amongst others, the following allegations:
1.Mr. Balasubramaniam was engaged by Abdul Razak Baginda to deal with alleged harassment by Altantuya in relation to debts owed to her (Paragraph 5 and 6).
2.Altantuya was promised a commission of USD 500,000 for assisting in a submarine deal in Paris (Paragraph 22, Paragraph 25.5 and Paragraph 28.2 and 28.3 ).
3.Altantuya was introduced to Razak Baginda by Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak at a diamond exhibition in Singapore ( Paragraph 25.5 and Paragraph 28.1).
4.Altantuya, Datuk Seri Najib and Razak Baginda had all been seen together at a dinner in Paris (Paragraph 28.2).
5.After the disappearance of Altantuya, a commotion took place in front of Razak Baginda’s house several days after 20 December 2006 where girl friends of Altantuya and one Mr.Ang (Altantuya’s own private investigator) arrived searching for Altantuya. Balasubramaniam had to call the police. A patrol car arrived shortly. Shortly thereafter an investigating officer from Dang Wangi Police Station who was handling the missing persons report lodged by one of Altantuya’s girl friends arrived. Balasubramaniam then informed Razak Baginda who was at home to inform him of the events taking place at his front gate. Razak then called one DSP Musa Safri who called him back informing him that Musa would be calling him on his handphone and that he was to pass the phone to the inspector from Dang Wangi Police station. Balasubramaniam then received the call from Musa Safri and duly passed the phone to the inspector. After the conversation of 3 - 4 minutes, the inspector told the girls to disperse and to see him the next day (Paragraphs 34 - 38). We believe DSP Musa Safri was aide-de-camp to Datuk Seri Najib at the material time.
6.Balasubramaniam was interrogated at Bukit Aman for seven consecutive days and his statement recorded at the end of November 2006. He says that he told the police all that he knew including everything Razak Baginda and Altantuya had told him about their relationships with Najib. These details were omitted from the statement he was asked to sign (Paragraph 49).
7.During the trial of Sirul, Azilah and Razak Baginda at at the Shah Alam High Court, the prosecutor did not ask him any questions in respect of the relationship Altantuya had with Datuk Seri Najib or of the phone call that he had received form DSP Musa Safri (Paragraph 50).
8.When Razak Baginda was arrested, Balasubramaniam was told by him that he had sent an SMS messsage to Najib the evening before (Paragraph 51). Razak also informed Balasubramaniam that he had received an SMS from Najib and showed it to him; the message read “I am seeing IGP at 11 A.M. today …. matter will be solved … be cool”.
Mr. Balasubramaniam’s evidence also mentions the extent of the relationship between Altantuya and Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak. We are not interested in the personal nature of the relationship. That is entirely his own business and hers.
However the allegations revealed by him raise key questions of public interest:
a)Suppression of evidence by the police investigating officers and those responsible for prosecuting this case. Such suppression could only have happened with the full knowledge of top public officials such as the IGP and the AG.
b)The question is also raised as to whether such suppression of evidence was the reason behind the last minute switch in DPP’s handling the case - where the head of the Criminal Division of the AG’s Chambers, Datuk Yusuf Zainal Abiden was completely sidelined from the case leading him and the senior DPP originally slotted for the case Sallehudin Saidin to put in papers for early retirement some months later.
c)Questions can be raised now with regard to the sudden switching of the judge fixed to hear the case which took place in March 2007 - why was this really done?
d) Did Datuk Seri Najib lie when he said that he had never met Altantuya before?
e) Did Datuk Seri Najib lie when he said that he was not involved in any commission deals for the purchases of the Scorpene submarines”
Mr.Balasubramaniam’s evidence vindicate what we have been saying all along; there has been no proper investigation of the murder of Altantuya and the investigation and proceedings in court seem to following a pre-arranged script for a pre-arranged outcome.
This has serious implications for the administration of justice in the country where the integrity and credibility of our key institutions such as the police, the AG’s chambers and the judiciary are already severely tarnished.
Today’s revelations further confirm a clear and consistent pattern of manipulation of the criminal justice system that we have witnessed in this country since 1998.
The allegations revealed here warrant a full Royal Commission of Inquiry.

Statutory Declaration by Balasubramaniam a/l Perumal
STATUTORY DECLARATION
I, Balasubramaniam a/l Perumal (NRIC NO: xxxxxx-xx-6235) a Malaysian Citizen of full age and residing at xxxxx, Selangor do solemly and sincerely declare as follows :-
1. I have been a police officer with the Royal Malaysian Police Force having jointed as a constable in 1981 attached to the Police Field Force. I was then promoted to the rank of lance Corporal and finally resigned from the Police Force in 1998 when I was with the Special Branch.
2. I have been working as a free lance Private Investigator since I left the Police Force.
3. Sometime in June or July 2006, I was employed by Abdul Razak Baginda for a period of 10 days to look after him at his office at the Bangunan Getah Asli, Jalan Ampang between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m each working day as apparently he was experiencing disturbances from a third party.
4. I resigned from this job after 2 ½ days as I was not receiving any proper instructions.
5. I was however re-employed by Abdul Razak Baginda on the 05-10-2006 as he had apparently received a harassing phone call from a Chinese man calling himself ASP Tan who had threatened him to pay his debts. I later found out this gentleman was in fact a private investigator called Ang who was employed by a Mongolian woman called Altantuya Shaaribuu.
6. Abdul Razak Baginda was concerned that a person by the name of Altantuya Shaaribuu, a Mongolian woman, was behind this threat and that she would be arriving in Malaysia very soon to try and contact him.
7. Abdul Razak Baginda informed me that he was concerned by this as he had been advised that Altantuya Shaaribuu had been given some powers by a Mongolian ‘bomoh’ and that he could never look her in the face because of this.
8. When I enquired as to who this Mongolian woman was, Abdul Razak Baginda informed me that she was a friend of his who had been introduced to him by a VIP and who asked him to look after her financially.
9. I advised him to lodge a police report concerning the threatening phone call he had received from the Chinese man known as ASP Tan but he refused to do so as he informed me there were some high profile people involved.
10. Abdul Razak Baginda further told me that Altantuya Shaaribuu was a great liar and good in convincing people. She was supposed to have been very demanding financially and that he had even financed a property for her in Mongolia.
11. Abdul Razak Baginda then let me listen to some voice messages on his handphone asking him to pay what was due otherwise he would be harmed and his daughter harassed.
12. I was therefore supposed to protect his daughter Rowena as well.
13. On the 09.10.2006 I received a phone call from Abdul Razak Baginda at about 9.30 a.m. informing me that Altantuya was in his office and he wanted me there immediately. As I was in the midst of a surveillance, I sent my assistant Suras to Abdul Razak Baginda’s office and I followed a little later. Suras managed to control the situation and had persuaded Altantuya and her two friends to leave the premises. However Altantuya left a note written on some Hotel Malaya note paper, in English, asking Abdul Razak Baginda to call her on her handphone (number given) and wrote down her room number as well.
14. Altantuya had introduced herself to Suras as ‘Aminah’ and had informed Suras she was there to see her boyfriend Abdul Razak Baginda.
15. These 3 Mongolian girls however returned to Abdul Razak Baginda’s office at the Bangunan Getah Asli, Jalan Ampang again, the next day at about 12.00 noon. They did not enter the building but again informed Suras that they wanted to meet Aminah’s boyfriend, Abdul Razak Baginda.
16. On the 11.10.2006, Aminah returned to Abdul Razak Baginda’s office on her own and gave me a note to pass to him, which I did. Abdul Razak Baginda showed me the note which basically asked him to call her urgently.
17. I suggested to Abdul Razak Baginda that perhaps it may be wise to arrange for Aminah to be arrested if she harassed him further, but he declined as he felt she would have to return to Mongolia as soon as her cash ran out.
18. In the meantime I had arranged for Suras to perform surveillance on Hotel Malaya to monitor the movements of these 3 Mongolian girls, but they recognized him. Apparently they become friends with Suras after that and he ended up spending a few nights in their hotel room.
19. When Abdul Razak Baginda discovered Suras was becoming close to Aminah he asked me to pull him out from Hotel Malaya.
20. On the 14.10.2006, Aminah turned up at Abdul Razak Baginda’s house in Damansara Heights when I was not there. Abdul Razak Baginda called me on my handphone to inform me of this so I rushed back to his house. As I arrived, I noticed Aminah outside the front gates shouting “Razak, bastard, come out from the house”. I tried to calm her down but couldn’t so I called the police who arrived in 2 patrol cars. I explained the situation to the police, who took her away to the Brickfields police station.
21. I followed the patrol cars to Brickfields police station in a taxi. I called Abdul Razak Baginda and his lawyer Dirren to lodge a police report but they refused.
22. When I was at the Brickfields police station, Aminah’s own Private Investigator, one Mr. Ang arrived and we had a discussion. I was told to deliver a demand to Abdul Razak Baginda for USD$500,000.00 and 3 tickets to Mongolia, apparently as commission owed to Aminah from a deal in Paris.
23. As Aminah had calmed down at this stage, a policewoman at the Brickfields police station advised me to leave and settle the matter amicably.
24. I duly informed Abdul Razak Baginda of the demands Aminah had made and told him I was disappointed that no one wanted to back me up in lodging a police report. We had a long discussion about the situation when I expressed a desire to pull out of this assignment.
25. During this discussion and in an attempt to persuade me to continue my employment with him, Abdul Razak Baginda informed me that :-
25.1 He had been introduced to Aminah by Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak at a diamond exhibition in Singapore.
25.2 Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak informed Abdul Razak Baginda that he had a sexual relationship with Aminah and that she was susceptible to anal intercourse.
25.3 Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak wanted Abdul Razak Baginda to look after Aminah as he did not want her to harass him since he was now the Deputy Prime Minister.
25.4 Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, Abdul Razak Baginda and Aminah had all been together at a dinner in Paris.
25.5 Aminah wanted money from him as she felt she was entitled to a USD$500,000.00 commission on a submarine deal she assisted with in Paris.
26. On the 19.10.2006, I arrived at Abdul Razak Baginda’s house in Damansara Heights to begin my night duty. I had parked my car outside as usual. I saw a yellow proton perdana taxi pass by with 3 ladies inside, one of whom was Aminah. The taxi did a U-turn and stopped in front of the house where these ladies rolled down the window and wished me ‘Happy Deepavali’. The taxi then left.
27. About 20 minutes later the taxi returned with only Aminah in it. She got out of the taxi and walked towards me and started talking to me. I sent an SMS to Abdul Razak Baginda informing him “Aminah was here”. I received an SMS from Razak instructing me “To delay her until my man comes”.
28. Whist I was talking to Aminah, she informed me of the following :-
28.1 That she met Abdul Razak Baginda in Singapore with Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
28.2 That she had also met Abdul Razak Baginda and Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak at a dinner in Paris.
28.3 That she was promised a sum of USD$500,000.00 as commission for assisting in a Submarine deal in Paris.
28.4 That Abdul Razak Baginda had bought her a house in Mongolia but her brother had refinanced it and she needed money to redeem it.
28.5 That her mother was ill and she needed money to pay for her treatment.
28.6That Abdul Razak Baginda had married her in Korea as her mother is Korean whilst her father was a Mongolian/Chinese mix.
28.7 That if I wouldn’t allow her to see Abdul Razak Baginda, would I be able to arrange for her to see Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
29. After talking to Aminah for about 15 minutes, a red proton aeroback arrived with a woman and two men. I now know the woman to be Lance Corporal Rohaniza and the men, Azilah Hadri and Sirul Azahar. They were all in plain clothes. Azilah walked towards me while the other two stayed in the car.
30. Azilah asked me whether the woman was Aminah and I said ‘Yes’. He then walked off and made a few calls on his handphone. After 10 minutes another vehicle, a blue proton saga, driven by a Malay man, passed by slowly. The drivers window had been wound down and the driver was looking at us.
31. Azilah then informed me they would be taking Aminah away. I informed Aminah they were arresting her. The other two persons then got out of the red proton and exchanged seats so that Lance Corporal Rohaniza and Aminah were in the back while the two men were in the front. They drove off and that is the last I ever saw of Aminah.
32. Abdul Razak Baginda was not at home when all this occurred.
33. After the 19.10.2006, I continued to work for Abdul Razak Baginda at his house in Damansara Heights from 7.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m. the next morning, as he had been receiving threatening text messages from a woman called ‘Amy’ who was apparently ‘Aminah’s’ cousin in Mongolia.
34. On the night of the 20.10.2006, both of Aminah’s girl friends turned up at Abdul Razak Baginda’s house enquiring where Aminah was. I informed them she had been arrested the night before.
35. A couple of nights later, these two Mongolian girls, Mr. Ang and another Mongolian girl called ‘Amy’ turned up at Abdul Razak Baginda’s house looking for Aminah as they appeared to be convinced she was being held in the house.
36. A commotion began so I called the police who arrived shortly thereafter in a patrol car. Another patrol car arrived a short while later in which was the investigating officer from the Dang Wangi Police Station who was in charge of the missing persons report lodged by one of the Mongolians girls, I believe was Amy.
37. I called Abdul Razak Baginda who was at home to inform him of the events taking place at his front gate. He then called DSP Musa Safri and called me back informing me that Musa Safri would be calling handphone and I was to pass the phone to the Inspector from Dang Wangi Police Station.
38. I then received a call on my handphone from Musa Safri and duly handed the phone to the Dang Wangi Inspector. The conversation lasted 3 - 4 minutes after which he told the girls to disperse and to go to see him the next day.
39. On or about the 24.10.2006, Abdul Razak Baginda instructed me to accompany him to the Brickfields police station as he had been advised to lodge a police report about the harassment he was receiving from these Mongolian girls.
40. Before this, Amy had sent me an SMS informing me she was going to Thailand to lodge a report with the Mongolian consulate there regarding Aminah’s disappearance. Apparently she had sent the same SMS to Abdul Razak Baginda. This is why he told me he had been advised to lodge a police report.
41. Abdul Razak Baginda informed me that DPS Musa Safri had introduced him to one DSP Idris, the head of the Criminal division, Brickfields police station, and that Idris had referred him to ASP Tonny.
42. When Abdul Razak Baginda had lodged his police report at Brickfields police station, in front of ASP Tonny, he was asked to make a statement but he refused as he said he was leaving for overseas. He did however promise to prepare a statement and hand ASP Tonny a thumb drive. I know that this was not done as ASP Tonny told me.
43. However ASP Tonny asked me the next day to provide my statement instead and so I did.
44. I stopped working for Abdul Razak Baginda on the 26.10.2006 as this was the day he left for Hong Kong on his own.
45. In mid November 2006, I received a phone call from ASP Tonny from the IPK Jalan Hang Tuah asking me to see him regarding Aminah’s case. When I arrived there I was immediately arrested under S.506 of the Penal Code for Criminal intimidation.
46. I was then placed in the lock up and remanded for 5 days. On the third day I was released on police bail.
47. At the end of November 2006, the D9 department of the IPK sent a detective to my house to escort me to the IPK Jalan Hang Tuah. When I arrived, I was told I was being arrested under S.302 of the Penal Code for murder. I was put in the lock up and remanded for 7 days.
48. I was transported to Bukit Aman where I was interrogated and questioned about an SMS I had received from Abdul Razak Baginda on the 19.10.2006 which read “delay her until my man arrives”. They had apparently retrieved this message from Abdul Razak Baginda’s handphone.
49. They then proceeded to record my statement from 8.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. everyday for 7 consecutive days. I told them all I knew including everything Abdul Razak Baginda and Aminah had told me about their relationships with Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak but when I came to sign my statement, these details had been left out.
50. I have given evidence in the trial of Azilah, Sirul and Abdul Razak Baginda at the Shah Alam High Court. The prosecutor did not ask me any questions in respect of Aminah’s relationship with Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak or of the phone call I received from DSP Musa Safri, whom I believe was the ADC for Datuk Seri Najib Razak and/or his wife.
51. On the day Abdul Razak Baginda was arrested, I was with him at his lawyers office at 6.30 a.m. Abdul Razak Baginda informed us that he had sent Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak an SMS the evening before as he refused to believe he was to be arrested, but had not received a response.
52. Shortly thereafter, at about 7.30 a.m., Abdul Razak Baginda received an SMS from Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and showed, this message to both myself and his lawyer. This message read as follows :- ” I am seeing IGP at 11.00 a.m. today …… matter will be solved … be cool”.
53. I have been made to understand that Abdul Razak Baginda was arrested the same morning at his office in the Bangunan Getah Asli, Jalan Ampang.
54. The purpose of this Statutory declaration is to :-
54.1 State my disappointment at the standard of investigations conducted by the authorities into the circumstances surrounding the murder of Altantuya Shaaribuu.
54.2 Bring to the notice of the relevant authorities the strong possibility that there are individuals other than the 3 accused who must have played a role in the murder of Altantuya Shaaribuu.
54.3 Persuade the relevant authorities to reopen their investigations into this case immediately so that any fresh evidence may be presented to the Court prior to submissions at the end of the prosecutions case.
54.4 Emphasize the fact that having been a member of the Royal Malaysian Police Force for 17 years I am absolutely certain no police officer would shoot someone in the head and blow up their body without receiving specific instructions from their superiors first.
54.5. Express my concern that should the defence not be called in the said murder trial, the accused, Azilah and Sirul will not have to swear on oath and testify as to the instructions they received and from whom they were given.
55. And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same be true and by virtue of the provisions of the Statutory Declaration Act 1960.
